What we do

CouponDock is an independent coupon and deal discovery website for shoppers in the United States and Europe. Our purpose is simple: make it easier to find a relevant retailer, understand the promotions currently available in our content service, and continue to the retailer with fewer unnecessary steps.

We organize store pages, coupon codes, deals, categories, saving tips, and frequently asked questions into a consistent browsing experience. Visitors can search by store name or domain, explore recent offers, or browse by shopping category. When an offer contains a coupon code, the site can copy that code before opening the retailer. Deals without a code take visitors directly to the retailer through our controlled outbound route.

What we do not do

We are an information and discovery service. We do not sell products, process orders, take payments, provide store credit, arrange delivery, or manage retailer accounts. We cannot change a retailer’s prices, eligibility rules, inventory, shipping terms, return policy, or customer-service decisions. Purchases and all related contractual matters remain between you and the retailer.

If you need help with an order, payment, shipment, return, refund, subscription, or retailer account, contact the retailer directly. We do not have access to retailer order systems or customer records.

How offers are presented

Our storefront data is supplied by a site-scoped content service. We display the offer title, code, description, validity indicator, store information, and supporting content that service provides. We do not insert fictional replacement stores or coupons when content is missing. When a module has no published information, the site displays an empty or unavailable state instead.

Offer order follows the order returned by the content service. A visually featured first offer is a presentation choice and does not automatically mean that it is the largest discount, the most popular promotion, or the best option for every shopper.

Promotions can change without notice. Codes may be limited to particular products, regions, customers, purchase amounts, or payment methods. A code that was previously available may later expire or be withdrawn. Always review the retailer’s current terms and confirm the final price at checkout before completing a purchase.

Our publishing principles

We aim to keep the experience useful by following a few practical principles:

• clearly distinguish coupon codes from deals that do not require a code;
• identify verified offers only when the content service supplies the applicable validity signal;
• preserve the original coupon code rather than changing its capitalization or formatting;
• avoid inventing offer counts, ratings, expiration dates, or retailer claims;
• provide clear empty, unavailable, and not-found states;
• route retailer visits through a controlled server endpoint rather than accepting arbitrary destination links from visitors.

These principles are designed to make the site understandable and predictable. They do not constitute a guarantee that every promotion will remain available or work for every order.

How we make money

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you use one and later complete a qualifying purchase or action, we may receive a commission from the retailer or an affiliate network. This generally does not increase the price you pay. Affiliate revenue helps support the technical operation, content delivery, and continued maintenance of the website.

Our use of affiliate links does not transfer responsibility for the transaction to CouponDock. Retailers remain responsible for their products, pricing, checkout, fulfilment, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer support. More information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Accessibility and responsible design

We aim to make core navigation, search, coupon actions, and disclosure information usable with a keyboard and understandable without relying on color alone. The website supports light and dark themes and respects reduced-motion preferences where the operating system provides them.

We do not use forced redirects, false countdown timers, hidden fees, or fabricated replacement offers. If content cannot be loaded, we prefer to say so plainly.
